Light handling wear and rubbing of cover edges; chipping of top right corner of recto; 1.5 cm. loss to bottom left corner of verso; 2.8 cm. dog-ear to corner; and a 3 mm. tear to top left corner of verso. Light bumping of corners of contents with light red-yellow soiling to edges. Contents otherwise clean and unmarked.
