Condition:  Fair / Good. 26.3 cm tear along spine edge with additional chipping. 2.1 cm. tear to right side edge of recto. 9 mm. loss to bottom right corner of verso. multiple tears at verso spine including a 1.5 cm. tear. Price on recto crossed out and reduced to 5 cents in pen. 2 cm. black ink on verso. Light tearing of page edges with multiple tears to page 9. Minor tanning to leaves. Lightly folded in two. Contents otherwise clean and unmarked.
