Condition:  Very Good. Light markings on vinyl record, otherwise Fine. 2 mm. dog-ear to bottom left corner of verso and light indentation to recto from vinyl record with additional light edge wear, contents clean and unmarked. Includes 7-inch vinyl record, "Dark Star." Rubbing of envelope.
