Rubbing and bumping of cover edges with 6.3 cm. bend to top right corner of covers, 1.2 cm. dog-ear to bottom right corner of recto and verso. 7 mm. light tear to top right corner of recto Minimal wear to manila pocket, contents otherwise clean and unmarked.

Condition:  Good. Missing pages 2, 3, 4, and 13, the loss of which is noted in a handwritten inscription on the inside of the recto by Wallace Berman written in red ink. Contents otherwise clean and unmarked. Rubbing and handling wear to covers with 6 cm. gentle bend to top right corner of covers, 1.7 cm. area of light staining to bottom left of recto with additional 1.6 cm. light area of yellow staining. Pin hole to center of covers and "1960" written in blue ink on recto (see image). 2.8 cm. of loss to left side edge of verso with some surface tearing around the tear's perimeter. 2.2 cm. dog-ear to bottom left corner of verso.
